The name of this wine is inspired by Anita, yet another seductive heroine of Guido Crepax’s female imagination, a character who moves between eroticism and technology,

A rosé with character a little far from the standards known for a rosé wine.

Gaglioppo is expressed in a different version from the one known, in an intriguing rosé, the vine that we have made our own and on which we have focused most of our efforts, never disappoints.

After a relatively mild winter, March was full of precipitation. From April onwards, however, the climate was dry and hot. Flowering was normal, the summer passed with a hot and dry climate, fortunately in the last phase of maturation we had some rain which favored optimal maturation. The first grapes were harvested at the end of September.

– intense pink
– notes of ripe red fruit, cherries and morello cherries, accompanied by floral aromas of violets.
– structured, with a pleasant fruity sweetness.

It goes well with elaborate first courses, platters of mature cheeses, cured meats and grilled meats.
Also excellent as an aperitif.

Hilly vineyard is located in Sant’ Elpidio Morico. It faces south at 367 meters above sea level, very sunny and with a large temperature range during the ripening period, we are in a gully between the sea and the mountain, this means that it is always ventilated, especially early in the morning, drying the plants from night-time humidity, thus allowing us to reduce biological treatments to a minimum. Clayey/sandy soil.
